- Information collected: information about the user's access connection and actions performed in the system.
- How information is collected: through cookies and tracking scripts.
- When information is collected: throughout the entire period of system use, from login to logout.
- Purpose of collected information: in order to ensure system security, thus avoiding malicious users and generating detailed information about each user's behavior to be used in eventual audits that may be necessary.
- Information storage: all collected information is stored in databases and/or in small text files recorded on the user's machine.
- Information sharing: any information recorded in the system by a specific company and/or users related to it may only be accessed by the company itself that contracted the service or by some member of the TECMEDIA technical team duly authorized and qualified for this.
- TECMEDIA is the sole and legitimate owner of the Tecmedia Site source code. Information registered by system users is the property of the company responsible for that user and can be classified into two types:
- Personal information: Personal information provided by users that identifies them. This includes their name, e-mail, address, phones and data about the institution to which they are linked. Personal information is used when you submit a file or contact us to obtain information about products and services.
- Non-personal information: All information provided by users but that does not characterize them as an individual. They serve to track, ensure the functioning of systems and are not available to users for consultation. All non-personal information collected in our systems is used to improve their functioning and ensure better adequacy to user needs.
- The user is solely responsible for the information registered by them and their updates, as well as for system access data. Access to personal information by third parties is restricted and hierarchical at various levels.
